Thanks Diego. Maintenance and safety should never be compromised. How are the pilot and pax doing? I too fly a Polaris and when I saw the photos my heart skipped a few beats.
I am busy arranging to bring my trike over to Kenya. It is a Polaris Skin powered by a rotax 582.
I have finally gone solo and cant wait to get my own trike here in Kenya. Problem is there are not any or at least very very few. Will have to look at impoting one from down south.
Hi Mark. That sounds awesome. I hope to be able to fly the Great Rift Valley hear in Kenya one day. Here you dont need a MPL. Basically you have just got to be able to fly and stay well clear of the restricted zones which are far and few in between. Just got to get a trike here but I will be fussy about what I get. Must have a 582 and it must be pretty close to new if not brand new. Thinking about the Aquilla from Solowings. I see you fly a raptor which as far as I know is a strong robust trike. I dont know if they are still built.
Hi Glen, have not flown in Kenya yet, look forward to getting there soon, good luck with your training, maybe I will hear you in the circuit one morning ....
Hi Glen, thanks for both your support and your feedback. You would need to contact http://www.aviation-engines.co.za/, they will be able to ship them to you...
